The bike, a HARLEY DAVIDSON 1992 FXR Lowrider with a 1340cc motor. This bike was
chosen for its touring capabilities and it certainly lived up to that with trouble free
trips all over Australia. A lot of these trips involved towing a trailer loaded with
camping gear. I did all the regular services on the bike myself and at 20,000kms I
added ROIL to the engine, transmission and the primary drive lubricants.
The difference in performance was immediately noticeable due to the decrease in friction
(particularly in the motor); drop in engine temperature and improvement in economy.
Engine noise, particularly tappet rattle was eliminated immediately.
I have nothing but praise for ROIL additives.
